Description

Black orcs are not common raiders but hardened warriors shaped by mountain warfare. Born in high-altitude strongholds where cold winds strip the weak from the bloodline, they are larger and denser than their lowland kin, their muscles built for climbing sheer rock faces and enduring brutal winters.

Unlike many orcs, black orcs prize discipline as much as strength. They drill in shield formations, train with heavy blades, and follow strict hierarchies enforced by ritual combat. Their armor is forged from dark mountain iron, layered and reinforced to withstand both steel and spellfire.

They do not fight for chaos or simple plunder. They fight to conquer and to hold. Where black orcs establish a foothold, they build fortifications into the mountains themselves, carving citadels from living stone.

A black orc does not charge blindly. It advances like an avalanche — slow, deliberate, and unstoppable once in motion.
