Song of Sorrow. While wailing, a creature that starts their turn or moves within 30ft must make a DC 19 Charisma Saving Throw or suffer the following effects:
- -2 to attack rolls, saving throws, and AC
- frightened when in line of sight of the genasi
- take an additional 6 (1d10) psychic damage when the genasi deals damage
Spellcasting. The genasi is an 11-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). The genasi has following bard spells prepared:

Shrill Note. Ranged Spell Attack: +11 to hit, range 60 ft., 1 target. Hit: 23 (5d8)(5d8) psychic damage and must make a DC 19 Constitution Saving Throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.
Discordant Strike. Melee Spell Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) lightning damage.
Wail (1/Day). The banshee releases a mournful wail. This wail has no effect on constructs and undead. All other creatures within 30 feet of her that can hear her must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature drops to 0 hit points and is stunned. On a success, a creature takes 28 (8d6)(8d6) psychic damage.
Cutting Words (6/day). When a creature makes an attack roll or saving throw within 60 ft, the genasi can reduce the roll by 1d8.
The genasi has 3 legendary actions per turn.
Sorrowful Lure. Three creatures within 45ft must make a DC 19 Wisdom Saving Throw or taking 9 (2d8)(2d8) lightning damage on a failed saving and be pulled 15 ft. towards the genasi.
Fallen Brother's Strikes (1/day). The genasi casts steel wind strike.
Bitter Storm (1/day). The genasi casts call lightning.
Scornful Wail (1/day). The genasi casts destructive wave.
