Void Creature. The Night Crawler lives in the Void where there is no light, so it can use ambient static electricity to see.

Creature of the Night.  Dark Vision up to 160 feet. When surrounded by darkness its move speed becomes 60 feet, its passive perception becomes 18, and all attacks are made with Advantage.

Actions

Slash of Holy Death. Melee Weapon Attack, Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 14, +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target, Hit: The target of the slash may choose to make a Wisdom Saving Throw. If they Do, they must succeed or take 22 (4d10) Slashing, 5 (2d4) Necrotic, and 5 (2d4) radiant, or nothing on a successful one. If they choose not to save they take 7 (5d6) Slashing, 3 (1d4) necrotic, and 3 (1d4) radiant. The Night Crawler feeds off of fear and resistance, in other words it gets excited when the prey tries to escape.

Piercing Gaze. Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 16, The Night Crawler peers into the soul of one target creature it can see. The target creature must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or take 14 (4d6) Necrotic, and 14 (4d6) Radiant damage. If a creature dies to this attack their soul is reaped through their screams, The Night Crawler can now use their voice at will. When the Night Crawler decides to use this action it may not take a Bonus Action, Reaction, or use any of it Movement this turn.

Bonus Actions

Kaleidoscopic Sting. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 14, The Night Crawler whips its tail around to sting one Target Creature. On hit the Target Creature must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw or it's vision is overtaken by that of a Kaleidoscope, giving them Disadvantage on any Attacks, Checks, and Saving Throws until the end of the targets next turn. 

Camouflage. The Night Crawler bends light around itself, giving it +5 to all stealth rolls. When used in darkness The Night Crawler gains the Invisible Condition. This lasts until the start of its next turn or until it makes an attack.

Atmosphere Electric. The Night Crawler sends out an electrostatic pulse, allowing it to perceive any creature within 30 feet of it. The Creature will feel the hairs on their head and arms raise as the creature turns to look at them. This ability ignores invisibility but cannot see through planes. 

Reactions

Disorienting Cry. Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 14, At the start of combat The Night Crawler screams causing every creature within 60 feet of it to succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or gain the Frightened condition for the first 2 rounds of combat.

Description

This Creature is born from the light and the dark. Its specie resides in the Void where nothing truly exists. It wears tattered cloths over its sleek body, four eyes can be seen glowing through its hood. It has a long tail with a thick needle like tip, it only speaks in the voices of those its killed.
