Traits

Gnome Cunning. Akandash has advantage on WIS, INT, and CHA saving throws against magic and magical effects.

Master Alchemist. Akandash can use a bonus action to down one of the following elixers (each once per day):

1. Healing. (red) The drinker regains a number of hit points equal to 2d4 + your Intelligence modifier.

2. Boldness. (black) The drinker can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to every attack roll and saving throw they make for the next minute.

3. Resilience. (green) The drinker gains a +1 bonus to AC for 10 minutes.

4. Flight. (blue) The drinker gains a flying speed of 10 feet for 10 minutes.

Each elixir grants the drinker temporary hit points equal to 2d6 + 5.

Legendary Resistance (3 / day). When Akandash is forced to make a saving throw and fails, he can instead use his Legendary Resistance to succeed.

Actions

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Weapon Invention. Akandash uses one of the following options (roll a d6 or choose one):

1. Acid. Akandash hurls a flask of acid. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (5d6) acid damage.

2. Alchemist’s Fire. Akandash throws a flask of alchemist’s fire. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 5/20 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d12) fire damage at the start of each of the target’s turns. A creature can end this damage by using its action to make a DC 15 Dexterity check to extinguish the flames.

3. Self-Playing Lute. Akandash makes a magical Lute which plays a beautiful song. Each creature of Akandash's choice that can hear the lute must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must spend its turn crying at the sad music. This effect ends if a creature succeeds on a saving throw at the end of their turn, or if the lute is destroyed.

4. Urn Of Oil. Akandash throws an urn of oil, which breaks and spreads out in a 20 by 20 foot square area on the ground. Any creature in the square must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. Any creature that falls prone now has vulnerability to fire damage until they take a long or short rest. As long as the oil remains, this is difficult terrain. If a fire spell is cast in the area of the oil, the caster must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw to avoid setting the oil on fire. On a failed save, anyone in the oil takes 3d6 fire damage at the start of each of their turns until an action is taken to put them out.

5. Mechanical Penguins. Akandash makes 2 mechanical penguins which walk 15 feet in a straight line, then explode. Each creature within 10 feet of a penguin must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 fire damage on a failed save and half as much on a success.

6. Force Cannon. Akandash makes a ranged weapon attack with this cannon (AC 18, 30 HP). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, 30 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 force damage. Akandash can make this attack again as a bonus action on each of his turns, unless the cannon is destroyed.

Reactions

Flash of Genius. When Akandash or another creature he can see within 30 feet of him makes an ability check or a saving throw, he can use his reaction to add +5 to the roll (3 / day).

Legendary Actions

Force Cannon. If Akandash has already created his force cannon, he spend one legendary actions to make an attack with it.

Invention. Akandash can spend three legendary actions to take an Invention action.

Mending. Akandash can spend three legendary actions to repair one of his constructs by 2d6 + 5.

Movement. Akandash can spend one legendary action to move his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
