Anglerbufo

Amphibious. The Anglerbufo can breathe air and water.

Bioluminescent Lure. The lure sheds dim light in a 30-foot radius (and bright light in 10 feet). As an action the toad can intensify or dim the glow.
When the Anglerbufo intensifies it the glow, creatures within 30 feet that can see the lure must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be Charmed until the end of their next turn. While charmed this way, a creature’s speed is reduced to 0 as it stares into the light.

Swamp Camouflage. While motionless in dim light or murky water, the toad is indistinguishable from a mossy mound (DC 15 Wisdom [Perception] to spot).

Multiattack. The toad makes one Bite and one Tongue Lash attack.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +8, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 4) Piercing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 14 Strength). Until this grapple ends, the target has the Restrained condition. While a creature is grappled, the Anglerbufo cannot use its Bite or Tongue Lash.

Tongue Lash. Melee Attack Roll: +8, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 4) Bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength Saving Throw or be pulled up to 15 feet toward the toad.

Swallow. The toad makes one Bite attack against a Medium or smaller creature it has Grappled. If the attack hits, the creature is swallowed. The swallowed creature has the Blinded and Restrained conditions, has total cover against attacks outside the toad, and takes 8 (4d4) Acid damage at the start of each of the toad’s turns. If the toad takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution Saving Throw or regurgitate all swallowed creatures.
