Creatures within 30 feet that can see the crown must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on their first attack against Valerius each turn.
A creature that succeeds is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
King’s Banquet (Cursed Technique)
If Valerius believes a creature is beneath him, he may impose royal authority over them.
As a bonus action, he targets a creature within 60 ft. The target must make a DC 19 Charisma saving throw.
On a failure they become a Subject for 1 minute.

A massive spectral table appears and creatures inside feel compelled to take a seat.
When the domain appears, all creatures must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw.
