Silent and Deadly. The Smiler makes no sound when it moves.
Made for the darkness. The Smiler's body is invisible in the dark; only its face is visible.
Performance anxiety. The Smiler cannot attack when his target looks directly at him.
In the spotlight. The effect of Performance anxiety is cancelled if the target hold a light source.
Predator instinct. If the target of the Smiler is facing away or holding a light source, the speed of the smiler is increased to 60ft.
Intangible. The Smiler cannot be affected by non-magical attacks.
Self Defense. If the Smiler is harmed, the effect of Performance Anxiety is cancelled.
Deadly Embrace.The Smiler drains the life energy from the target. Melee Attack Roll: +6, reach 5 feet. Hit: 12 (2d8+4) Necrotic damage. If the Smiler is in darkness, it adds 2d6 to the roll, the target musts succeed a Wisdom saving throw (DC 14) or becomes frightened.
