Traits

Antimagic Susceptibility. The lumis has the Incapacitated condition while in the area of an Antimagic Field. If targeted by Dispel Magic the lumis must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or have the Unconscious condition for 1 minute.

Prismatic Restoration. If the lumis dies outside Arborea, its body disappears, and it gains a new body instantly, reviving as a random type of lumis with all its Hit Points somewhere in Arborea.

Illumination. The lumis sheds Bright Light in a 20-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 20 feet.

Incorporeal Movement. The lumis can move through other creatures and objects as if they were Difficult Terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) Force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Radiant Absorption. Whenever the lumis is subjected to Radiant damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of Hit Points equal to the Radiant damage dealt.

Actions

Multiattack. The lumis makes three Purple Pellet attacks. The lumis can replace one attack with a use of Purple Banishment if available.

Purple Pellet. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) Force damage, and the target is teleported up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space within 30 feet of the lumis, which the lumis can see.

Purple Banishment (Recharge 5-6). Charisma Saving Throw: DC 19, one creature the lumis can see within 30 feet. Failure: The target is transported to a random plane of existence for as long as the lumis concentrates (as if concentrating on a spell). If the lumis breaks concentration, the target reappears in the space it left or the nearest unoccupied space. If the lumis maintains concentration for 1 minute, the target remains on the plane of existence permanently.

Purple Warp (1/Day). The lumis casts Plane Shift, targeting only itself, without material components.

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 2. Immediately after another creature's turn, the lumis can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The lumis regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.

Teleport. The lumis teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Description

The lumois are a celestial race native to Arborea, the chaotic plane of Emotion. The lumois resemble luminous silhouettes of elves, each type reflecting a different color. Lumois represent the vibrance of reality, that the world is meant to be a bright, colorful, and extreme place. Wizards learned the Prismatic Spray and Prismatic Wall spells by studying the lumois.

Violette lumois shed purple light and represent curiosity. Violette lumois travel all across the cosmos in order to find answers to every tiny question that pops into their mind. Violette lumois are easily distracted and hard to give instructions to, always following their own will.
