Watchful Eyes: Big Bird has a passive perception of 22. It also has darkvision and can see in magical darkness. Bird Bird cannot be surprised by attacks.
A Lamp That Burns Forever: On the first turn and once every three turns after that, use Dazzle on the enemy that is going first in initiative.
Bird and Its Chicks: When inside Lamplit Night of The Black Forest, summon 2 Eyeball Chicks. If an Eyeball Chick dies, allow the enemy that slew the chick to use Lullaby with their bonus action.
Saviour: When a Dazzled enemy attacks Big Bird, the attack will always hit but do no damage. Big Bird will then retaliate with Salvation. If Salvation successfully hits a Dazzled target, the target will have their head bit off and instantly die.
Sleepless Eyes: Big Bird cannot be conventionally hypnotised or charmed by any effects. However, using Lullaby on Big Bird will put it to sleep for a 1D4 turns.
Big Eyes: When entering the Entrance to The Black Forest alongside Long Bird and Small Bird...
Dazzle: Ranged Spell Attack: The target that is affected by Dazzle must succeed on a DC18 intelligence saving throw or become Enchanted. Enchanted creatures lose control of their own body and uncontrollably rush towards Big Bird. When a target is Enchanted, they will spend 1D6 turns rushing towards Big Bird and, if in range, making a melee attack against it. Dazzle can only be used when the conditions are met. Big Bird raises its lamp and dazzles an unfortunate person, calling them over to its embrace.
Salvation: Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10ft, 1 target. When hitting a target that is not Enchanted, deal 30 (10D6) slashing damage. On successfully hitting a target that is Enchanted, bite off their head and kill them instantly. Salvation cannot be conventionally used and must be used in response to being attacked by an Enchanted enemy. This attack can be redirected by feats or abilities that allow for it. Big Bird welcomes the poor, scared soul and puts an end to their suffering.
Patrol: For this turn, increase Big Bird's AC to 26 and give it 30 additional temporary HP. Big Bird patrols the Black Forest, looking for lost children to save from the monstrous Beast.
Description
Big Bird is a large, black featherless bird with many glowing, ever-watching eyes. It carries a lamp with an ever-burning wick in one of its tattered wings. Big Bird is kind and empathetic, caring greatly for both the dwellers and the travellers of the Black Forest. Its ultimate goal is to protect everyone from the Beast, which it will fight with all that it has. As a result, Big Bird has determined that the best way to protect the innocent from the evil, cruel Beast is to deliver them from their suffering before it can - after all, the Beast cannot kill what Big Bird has already killed.
Big Bird's beak is filled with two pairs of razor-sharp teeth that can cut through most things and cannot be easily destroyed. It uses its teeth to bite the heads off of unfortunate children who are at risk of being killed by the Beast. Big Bird is the abnormality O-02-40 and is one of the three Guardians of The Black Forest.

Clumsy Jog: Increase the Eyeball Chick's AC to 18 for this turn.
Intense Stare: The target must succeed on a DC12 intelligence saving throw. On a fail, unless the target is Enchanted, force the target to attack this Eyeball Chick the next turn.
