Multiattack. The veteran makes two longsword attacks.
Lance. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d12 + 3) slashing damage. If the cavalryman moves at least 20 feet in a straight line toward the target immediately before attacking, the target takes an additional 6 (1d12) slashing damage and must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) slashing damage.
Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Parry. The cavalryman adds 2 to its armor class against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the cavalryman must be able to see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
