Description
The alp-luachra is a type of fey that obtains sustenance from the magic of other objects, beings, and places. This makes them tricky to fight in magical combat, as they are able to absorb the magical energy of their opponent and heal themselves. However, their extraordinary ability to resist magical attacks comes at a price: Physical attacks are highly effective on them.
As well as absorbing magic to heal themselves, alp-luachra are capable of stealing the magic of other beings and using it in combat, taking offensive spells and negating them without harm before launching the spell right back at its castor.
