Senses: Dark vision 60ft., Passive Perception 12
Quantum Locking: When directly observed, the weeping angel is frozen in place, resembling a stone statue. This is an involuntary defense mechanism, not a choice.
Don't Blink: While unobserved, the weeping angel can move at incredible speeds, often covering vast distances in the blink of an eye. This makes them deadly in combat.
Timeless Existence: The weeping angel is immune to any effects that would alter its age or temporal state. They exist outside the normal flow of time.
Angelic Appearance: While in stone form, the weeping angel resembles a statue of an angel. This can vary in design, but often includes wings and a sorrowful expression.
Predatory Gaze: Prolonged exposure to a weeping angel can, in some cases, turn other beings into weeping Angels. This is a rare and terrifying transformation.
Touch of the Angel: Melee attack. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC14 Wisdom saving throw or be sent back in time.
Quantum Leap: The Angel moves up to its speed to an unobserved location.
Stone Form: While observed, the Angel is petrified and immune to most damage.
Temporal Consumption: If the Angel successfully sends the creature back in time, it regains half of its hit points.

Description
Weeping Angels are quantum-locked beings, appearing as stone statues when observed. They are incredibly fast and deadly when unobserved, able to move several meters in the blink of an eye. They "feed" on potential time energy by displacing their victims into the past and can only be stopped by being constantly observed. Their touch can also send a person back in time. They are incredibly strong and difficult to destroy, and their stone form provides them with significant protection.
