Feral Instinct. She has advantage on initiative rolls. Additionally, she cant be surprised.

While a creature is designated as prey, they have a disadvantage on saving throws caused by Uthal, and Uthal always knows their exact location; they can not be hidden. In addition, Uthal can use her bonus action to magically move within 5 ft., of the prey.
Vaprak’s Rage (5/Day). Uthal enters a rage. The rage lasts for 1 minute or until the giant is incapacitated. While raging, the giant gains the following benefits:
- Uthal has an advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
- When she makes a melee weapon attack, she gains a +4 bonus to the damage roll.
- Uthal has resistance to all damage except psychic damage.
Endurance of Iron. In response to taking damage, uthal flexes her muscles to mitigate the damage. The damage she takes from the attack is reduced by 2d12 + 5.
Uthal can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Uthal regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Attack. Uthal makes an attack.
Yell of the Apex (Costs 2 Actions). Uthal yells menacingly at one creature he can see within 60 feet of him. That creature must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of him for 1 minute. If the creature is already frightened, it becomes stunned instead. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Uthal's Yell for the next 24 hours.
Wide Berth (Costs 3 Actions). Uthal moves up to her speed and can move through the space of any creature smaller than Huge. The first time Uthal enters a creature’s space during this move, the creature must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw. If the saving throw succeeds, the creature is pushed 5 feet away from Uthal. If the saving throw fails, that creature is knocked prone, and Uthal can make a fist attack against it.
