Traits

Keen Smell. The fhorge has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Relentless (Recharges After A Short Or Long Rest). If the fhorge takes damage that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.

Actions

Multiattack. The fhorge makes three attacks, using Gore, Bite, or Worry in any combination.

Gore. Melee Attack Roll: +11, reach 5 ft. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) Piercing damage.  If the target is a Large or smaller creature and the fhorge moved 20+ feet straight toward it immediately before the hit, the target takes an extra 24 (7d6) Piercing damage and has the Prone condition.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +11, reach 5 ft. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) Piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 19). While Grappled, the target has the Restrained condition and the fhorge can't use its bite.

Worry. Strength Saving Throw: DC 19, one creature the fhorge has Grappled. Failure: 46 (8d8 + 10) Bludgeoning damage.

Bonus Actions

Rage (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). As a bonus action, the fhorge can enter a Rage that lasts for 1 minute. The Rage lasts until the end of its next turn, and it ends early if the fhorge has the Incapacitated condition. If it's Rage is still active on its next turn, it can extend the Rage for another round by doing one of the following:

  • Make an attack roll against an enemy.
  • Force an enemy to make a saving throw.
  • Take a Bonus Action to extend the Rage.

While Raging, the fhorge gains the following benefits:

  • It has advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
  • It deals an extra 3 damage when he hits a target with a melee attack (included in attacks).
  • It has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

Description

These dread beasts roam the plains of the Outlands, finding food where they can. Some can be found on the more remote and exotic savannahs of the Material Plane, in herds of five to eight individuals. They can be quite aggressive if provoked. Fhorges stand around 5 feet tall at the shoulder and weigh almost 800 pounds.
