Battery of the Sorcerer's Might. The Mephistoborn adds an extra damage die to whatever weapon it wields (already calculated in the attacks given) and uses the weapon as if it were a finesse weapon.
Horns of Treachery. Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the Mephistoborn must make a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw. Upon a failure, the creature will turn upon its superiors, compelled to plot against them for the next 30 days. These plots are in the form of an assassination and overthrow of their superiors to place themselves in charge. If no opening for the plot occurs within this time period, the compelled creature awakens with no memory of what occurred. Upon a success, a creature is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
Innate Spellcasting. Mephistoborn innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Mephistoborn can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: Blur, Mirror Image, Disguise Self
1/day each: major image
3/day each: Invisibility
Multiattack. The Mephistoborn makes 2 Greataxe attacks per attack action
Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, one target. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 4) slashing damage.
Description
The Mephistoborn is gnarled and bestial in appearance. Along its bodies are the tattoos of a war chief. It is clearly no longer as such. Its limbs are extended a full foot longer than normal, and its torso by twice as much. It's mouth is filled with fangs too long for its normal jaw, hanging wide open and its bones clearly broken and reset to fit the abominable teeth. It has curling horns that twist like corkscrews down along its head towards the earth. Its skin is an ashen grey to blend with the shadows, its eyes an endless black abyss. Its nose is sunken into its head, leaving only two reptilian slits in its face. Its hands are long and spindly, along with its feet which now have long piercing claws.
