Black Uruk-Hai Shaman

Aggressive. As a bonus action, the orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.

Spellcasting. The Black Uruk Shaman is a 6th-level spellcaster that uses Charisma as its spellcasting ability (spell save DC 15; +8 to hit with spell attacks). It knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will):  poison spray

1st Level (5 slots): charm person, magic missile, absorb elements

2nd Level (3 slots): hold person, misty step,

3rd level (2 slots): bestow curse, stinking cloud, erupting earth

Multiattack. The Shaman makes 2 Black Spear attacks.

Black Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage plus an additional 2d4 poison damage and the creature must make a successful Constitution saving throw of DC 16 or contract Filth Fever. On a successful save the creature is immune to this effect for 7 days.

Filth Fever. A raging fever sweeps through the creature's body. The creature has disadvantage on Strength checks, Strength saving throws, and attack rolls that use Strength. Takes 7 days to overcome the disease. Roll Con Save (DC 16) at start of each long rest.

Martial Shamanism. As a bonus action after casting a spell, the shaman can make one Black Spear attack.

Spirit Shield (1/day). If there are fallen orcs or allies within 100 ft of the Shaman: As a reaction, when attacked, the Black Uruk can raise spirit shield adding +3 to its AC until the start of its turn.
