Convincing Theatrics
If the Bobolob plays dead, all creatures with an intelligence score of 10 or lower, assume that it is dead. Unless the creature is a companion of another creature with higher than 10 intelligence, and the smarter thing tells it to attack, the creature can't attack the Bobolob for the turn.
Play Dead
The Bobolob plays dead for a turn.
Sudden Swallow
If a creature goes with in a 5 foot circle of the Bobolob, it instinctively stretches its mouth to 7 ft. by 3 ft. to attempt to swallow it. If the creature fits inside the mouth, it takes 2d4 poison damage and 1d4 force damage, this damage completely disregards all resistances and immunities.
Description
A Bobolob is a round, bright‑orange water‑ball covered in wiggly little spikes. Its huge eyes make it look like it’s constantly surprised by everything, even things it has already seen five seconds ago. It swims with tiny flappy fins that don’t look like they should work, but somehow do.
Bobolobs are both clueless, and very easily distracted. They follow anything bigger than them, especially if it gives them food or attention.
