Artificer's Wagon

Artisan's Suspension & Canopy. The wagon ignores difficult terrain caused by rubble or uneven roads. Checks made to craft inside the vehicle while moving do not suffer disadvantage. Additionally, creatures inside gain three-quarters cover (+5 to AC and Dexterity saving throws) from outside attacks.

Defender's Yoke. The wagon is fitted with a custom draft harness. When attached, the pulling creature or construct cannot be forcibly separated from the vehicle against its will unless an attacker uses an Action to unbuckle the heavy straps.

Masterwork Deadbolt & Wheel Brakes. The main rear doors are secured by a complex lock that requires a unique, custom-forged key or specific artificer infusion to open. An internal iron lever can drop steel pins into the wheel spokes; when engaged, the wagon cannot be rolled, and attempting to drag it halves the pulling creature's speed and leaves deep gouges in the earth.

Tinkered Alarm System. A concealed tinkered object acts as a permanent alarm spell. If the door is jostled or the lock is tampered with without the proper key, the object emits a blaring, 110-decibel recorded warning in the creator's voice.

The "Panic Box" Airlock. A reinforced lockbox is bolted to the interior floor, designed as a secure bunker for Small or Tiny creatures. A secondary internal release lever opens a trapdoor through the wagon's undercarriage, allowing for a silent, two-way emergency escape into the dirt beneath the vehicle.

Glyph Protocol. The floorboards are specially prepared to house a glyph of warding.
