Traits

Arcane Pilot. The Arcanotech Siege Titan cannot operate on its own. A Sorcerer must be attuned to the Titan and serve as its pilot. While attuned, the Sorcerer can use their spells through the Siege Titan’s weapons. The siege titan requires 1 hour of attunement.

Arcane Overload. The Siege Titan can amplify the pilot's spell energy into a devastating burst. When the Sorcerer casts a spell of 1st-level or higher, they can choose to overcharge it. This increases the spell’s level by one for the purpose of damage or effects (without consuming a higher-level spell slot). After using this ability, the Siege Titan takes 10 (3d6) force damage as its internal circuits momentarily fluctuate with the energy.

Actions

Multiattack. The Siege Titan makes two Arm Cannon attacks.

Arm Cannon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (5d10) force damage. If the pilot cast a spell before using this attack, it can deal an additional 1d8 force damage per level of the spell.

Shockwave Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage. Target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If knocked prone, they are additionally stunned until the end of their next turn.

Pulse Shield (Recharge 5-6). The Siege Titan generates a magical barrier around itself. Until the start of its next turn, it gains temporary hit points equal to its Constitution modifier (5), and any creatures attacking it within melee range take 12 (3d6) force damage.

Bonus Actions

Empower Systems. As a bonus action, the Sorcerer pilot can funnel some magical energy into the Siege Titan’s systems. For 1 minute, the Titan gains advantage on all Strength checks and Strength saving throws, as well as an additional 10 feet of movement. This ability recharges after a short or long rest.

Legendary Actions

The Arcanotech Siege Titan can take 1 legendary actions. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Arcanotech Siege Titan regains spent its legendary action at the start of its turn.

Arcane Detection. The Siege Titan scans the battlefield for hidden threats. The pilot makes an Intelligence (Arcana) check to detect invisible or magically hidden creatures within 120 feet.

Description

Description: A towering mechanical behemoth built by ancient magitech engineers, the Arcanotech Siege Titan is a construct of unyielding power. Standing over 15 feet tall, it boasts an outer frame made from arcane-enhanced steel laced with glowing magic conduits. The only way to operate this destructive machine is through the mental energies of a Sorcerer. Without an arcane mind to guide it, the Siege Titan is a dormant husk, but in the hands of its chosen driver, it becomes a walking fortress of sorcery-infused warfare. Humming with latent magical energy, this machine serves as both an impenetrable defense and a living weapon, channeling the driver's spells directly through its weapon systems.

Lore: Once forged to fight in a centuries-old war for the control of arcane sources, the Arcanotech Siege Titans were titanic weapons of pure destruction. Each has its pilot, a skilled sorcerer whose intellect and magical potency determine the Titan's ferocity. Many of these machines were lost in the battles of old, and it is said that a few survive, lying dormant in long-forgotten magical vaults.
