Rapid Attack. Enter the description for your special trait.
Ambusher. In the first round of a combat, the creature has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it surprised.
Vengeance Dealer. Any spell that is used to carry out the vengeance the Auran exists to deal automatically succeeds.
Dying Breath. If the Auran is reduced to 0 hit points without having fulfilled its purpose (dealing vengeance), the revenge will automatically be carried out.
Spellcasting. The Auran is a 9th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 25, -10 to hit with spell attacks). The Auran has all spells prepared that would allow it to carry out the curse it carries.
Bound by Honor. If the Auran loses contact with its Cursed Object, it automatically loses its spellcasting ability, all ability scores become 10, and it loses 5 hit points per turn. These effects are reversed if it comes back in contact with its Cursed Object.
Call to Arms. The Auran can call to nearby members of her species with a strange, otherworldly screeching noise. All non-avian creatures within a 15 ft radius must make a DC 16 Wisdom Save or take 10 (2d10) psychic damage.
Claw Attack. Melee Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 25 (3d12 + 7) slashing damage.
Agressive. The Auran can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.
Fast Reflexes. Once per round, the Auran can make a claw attack when it takes damage if unarmed and unencumbered/unrestrained.
Description
Physically, the Auran looks very similar to an aarakocra with the head of a wizened hag. These creatures often move in packs of ten or more and have the ability to call to other members of their species to assist them in a fight. They are very loyal to their kind. They can be created by spellcasters to deal vengeance upon those who have wronged them. Their sole purpose in life is to carry out this revenge. Most Auran die during this. However, if an Auran survives carrying out their purpose, it seeks out angry creatures to receive a new purpose. Their Cursed Object contains the power needed to deal their revenge. If the Auran loses contact with its Cursed Object, it automatically loses its spellcasting ability, all ability scores become 10, and it loses 5 hit points per turn. The Cursed Object retains its powers. These effects are reversed if it comes back in contact with its Cursed Object. The Auran has the ability to turn any mundane object into a Cursed Object, however amulets are the most common.
