Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage, and are required to roll a constitution saving throw of 1d20 requiring a roll of 15 or above to avoid infection.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for any creature that comes into contact are required to roll a constitution saving throw of 1d20 requiring a roll of 15 or above to avoid infection.

Greater Hideous explosion. The Greater Insane begins to chant words in quick succession causing the greater insane to explode in a cloud of smoke and fire turning the greater insane to dust killing it, and any creature that comes into contact with the cloud of smoke around 20ft in radius are required to roll a constitution saving throw of 1d20 requiring a roll of 15 or above to avoid infection.

The greater insane can use any ability that the creature before affliction had.
