Curse (Recharge 6). The Vistani Utters a Curse at a Creature within 30 ft of them, the Target must make a DC 10 Wisdom Saving throw or be Cursed. While Cursed the Target is Under one of the Following Effects:
- The Target is Unable to Perform activities Requiring Fine Motor Control such as Typing Knots, Sewing, or Casting Spells with Somatic Components.
- The Targets Appearance changes in a Sinister way such as Placing a Scar, Turning teeth into Yellow Fangs, or giving the Target Bad Breath
The Curse Lasts until Ended with a casting of Greater Restoration, Lesser Restoration, Remove Curse or Similar Magic and The Vistani takes 1d6 Psychic Damage when the Curse ends.
Evil Eye (Recharge 6). The Vistani Casts Animal Friendship, Charm Person, or Hold Person (DC 10), if the Target Suceeds on the Save the Vistani is Blinded.
