Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft., one target. Damage: (2d8 + 3) Slashing damage.

Gore. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft., one target. Damage: (2d6 + 3) Piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Sing (Bonus Action). The creature opens all of its many mouths and begins to sing. The song is ethereal and wordless, and trying to understand it feels like your mind is disintegrating.

(This attack can only be used once per encounter, unless every character member passes the save, then it can be used again after a one-turn cooldown.)

Description

This thing was once a forest-dwelling creature. Or more accurately, many creatures. The torso, legs, and head look like a large wolf’s, but it also has a stag’s head, erupting like a tumor from its spine. The antlers stab into the side of the wolf’s throat and cheek. And peeking out from its matted fur are the faces of smaller creatures: rats, squirrels, and fox cubs... or at least the few that aren't horribly disfigured. Their eyes all seem to move independently, darting around in terror. When this thing is cut, when it bleeds or when it is hurt, there is a moment when all the faces seem… relieved.
