Its statistics are the same in each form, except for speed and strength. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It disappears when it dies.
Pendant
Wears a pendant from it's Master that provides it's immunities, resistances and armor class. Carved from the heart of a petrified Treant and encased in resin in the center of a bear's claw, the pendant is fastened deep under the feathers with a mithrill chain tightly wrapped in cloth.

If it becomes separated from it's Master for any length of time where there were not orders to do so it will return to it's Master, utilizing the fastest means of travel.
