I've Got that Dog in Me. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto's unarmed attacks deal an additional 5 (2d4) slashing damage and knock targets prone on a hit.

Sapping Plague. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto emits a malaise in a 30 foot radius.  A creature that ends its turn in this radius must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 3 (1d6) poison damage and spend its next action vomiting.

Underking's Cadre. Whenever Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto rolls initiative, 10 zombies erupt from the ground within 30 feet of him.  These zombies will follow Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto's verbal commands.

Actions

Multiattack. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto makes two attacks with the Black Blade.

Black Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (1d10 + 7) slashing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute.  A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on it early with a successful save.

See No Evil. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 60/120 ft., 3 targets. Hit: 5 (2d4) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on it early with a successful save.

Wheat from Chaff. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto clangs his scimitars together, projecting necrotic energy in a 30 foot cone. Each creature in that cone must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 16 (3d10) necrotic damage and have their movement speed halved until the end of Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto's next turn.

Call of the Revenant (Recharge 6). Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto conjures a Revenant at a point that he can see within 60 feet.  The Revenant will follow his verbal commands.  If Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto takes 60 or more damage in one round, the Revenant dies.  Only one Revenant can be active at one time.

 

Bonus Actions

Cairn of the Living Dead (3/day). Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto creates a 15 foot radius sphere of dim light centered on a point he can see within 30 feet.  When Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto starts his turn within the sphere, he can take one additional action on his turn.  The sphere lasts until Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto takes damage.

Cave Blicky. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto fires his Arcfire Pistol in a 60 foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 13 (2d6 + 6) piercing damage and 9 (2d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.  This shot can be heard from 300 feet away.

Reactions

Sacrifice. When Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto receives damage from an attack or spell effect that he can see, he can reduce the damage to 0.  When he does this, one zombie under his command dies.

Legendary Actions

Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Reaper's Gaze (Costs 3 Actions). Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto glares into the soul of a humanoid he can see within 60 feet, commanding it to serve him. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 21 (6d6) necrotic damage.  A humanoid killed by Reaper's Gaze rises at the start of Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto's next turn as a zombie that is permanently under his comm⁠and, following his verbal orders to the best of its ability.

I Could Have Eaten Your Entire Family. Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto mauls a creature within 5 feet.  The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 16 (3d10) piercing damage and have their hit point maximum reduced by that amount until they complete a long rest.  Zuu’uh’uu’ul’asto regains an equivalent number of hit points.
