Description
Typically found in caves and/or near sources of water they are semi-aquatic mainly, but some sub species are said to be amphibious. More often than not adults tend to be about 10 ft. long and about 1-2 ft. wide.
They have very tough scales on their topside (AC 20), but the underside (AC 5) is more vulnerable to damage as well as a critical weak spot, ergo it is HIGHLY recommended to strike at the underside to quickly take out these beasts. It is also recommended to keep in mind that their bite can easily break through bone.
They tend to hunt in groups of 3 or more.
Young Hell Strikers are easily distracted by fires from things like torches, However Adult Hell Strikers are not distracted by torches and will actively try to eliminate them if they have young Hell Strikers with them.
