Corrosion. When a target creature suffers damage from this creature, the target creature will have its max HP reduced by a quarter (rounding down) of the damage dealt. The affected creature can restore their max HP by dealing damage to any creature that can apply Corrosion. This effect will be removed after a Long Rest.
Stormride. As an action, this creature may target one friendly creature that is not itself and will allow them to immediately make one action, creatures effected by Stormride may not also make a Stormride action. This action can only be made once every two turns.
Corrosive Talons. Melee Attack Roll: +2, reach 5 ft. Hit: 4 (1d6+1) Piercing damage.
Description
In the ancient Era Creatura, Aquila, after forging the Dawn Device, collaborated with Kephale to bring forth the legendary beasts embodying the Titans. It is whispered that the Meteoric Eagle is a symbol of Aquila's celestial feathers that occasionally fall to the mortal realm. This one in particular has been corrupted by the malign influence of the Black Tide.
