The dragon exhales a storm of compressed wind blades in a 90-foot cone.

A creature that fails the save begins bleeding, taking 10 (3d6) slashing damage at the start of its next turn.

Tempest Cutter (Recharge 6)

The dragon unleashes massive arcs of slicing wind at a point it can see within 120 feet.

Creatures in a 30-foot-radius sphere must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw.

On a failed save, a creature takes 45 (10d8) slashing damage and is launched 20 feet into the air before falling prone. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn’t launched.

Reactions

Wind Reversal

When the dragon is hit by a ranged attack, it can impose disadvantage on the attack roll by redirecting air currents.

If the attack misses, the attacker takes 10 (3d6) slashing damage from rebounding wind blades.
