Traits

Pocket Dominion. Ajax controls the space within 5 feet of himself. While a creature is within 5 feet of Ajax, Ajax’s melee attacks against that creature deal an extra 1d6 force damage.

No Room to Breathe. A creature grappled by Ajax has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than Ajax.

Bad at Range. Ajax has disadvantage on ranged weapon attacks. In addition, Ajax cannot use Pocket Dominion, Clinch Drag, or Collapse the Pocket against a creature more than 5 feet away from him.

Crushing Grip. Ajax can grapple creatures up to Large size. His escape DC is 15.

Actions

Multiattack. Ajax makes three Pocket Strike attacks. He may replace one attack with a grapple or shove attempt.

Pocket Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 9 damage, 1d10 + 4 bludgeoning, plus 3, 1d6, force damage if the target is within Ajax’s Pocket Dominion.

Dirty Combination. Ajax makes two Pocket Strike attacks against one creature within 5 feet. If both attacks hit, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Clinch Takedown. One creature grappled by Ajax must make a DC 15 Strength or Dexterity saving throw, target’s choice. On a failure, the target takes 13, 2d8 + 4, bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a success, the target takes half damage and is not knocked prone.

Collapse the Pocket. Recharge 5–6. Ajax violently compresses the space around one creature within 5 feet of him. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, it takes 21, 6d6, force damage, and its speed becomes 0 until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half damage and its speed is not reduced.

Bonus Actions

Clinch Drag. Ajax pulls one creature he is grappling up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of himself. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Step Inside. Ajax moves up to 10 feet toward a creature he can see. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks from that creature.

Reactions

You Don’t Leave. When a creature within 5 feet of Ajax moves away from him, Ajax can force it to make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failure, the creature is pulled back to a space within 5 feet of Ajax, and its movement ends.

Pocket Counter. When a creature within 5 feet of Ajax misses him with a melee attack, Ajax makes one Pocket Strike against that creature
