False Appearance. While standing still, the Weeping Angel is indistinguishable from a normal statue. A character can make a DC 20 Investigation or Perception check to identify the true nature behind the disguise.
Unchanging Form. The Weeping Angel cannot be moved against their will, and is immune to the effects of the Polymorph, Banishment, and other similar spells of the DM's discretion.
Magic Resistance. The Weeping Angel has Advantage on Saving Throws against spells and other magical effects.
Terrifying Aura. All creatures that start their turn within 30 ft. of the Weeping Angel must succeed a DC 22 Wisdom Saving Throw or be Frightened until the end of their next turn.
Reconstructive Regeneration. At the start of its turn, the Weeping Angel regains 30 Hit Points as its stone body reforms itself.
Time-Distorting Touch. Melee Attack Roll: +12 to hit, one target within 5 ft. Hit: 42 Necrotic damage, the Weeping Angel regains Hit Points equal to half the damage dealt, and the target is transported up to 30 years in the past in a random location on the Material Plane (DM's choice). The creature cannot be returned to the present unless by the Wish spell.
Gaze of Impending Doom. DC 22 Wisdom Saving Throw: One target within 120 ft. that the Weeping Angel can see. Fail: The target takes 36 Psychic damage and is Frightened for 1 minute. If the target is already Frightened, then they are Stunned instead. Success: Half damage only.
Teleport. The Weeping Angel teleports to any unoccupied space within 60 ft. of itself.
Woeful Wail (1/Day). The Weeping Angel lets out a terrible shriek. All creatures within 30 ft. of the Weeping Angel takes 13 Psychic damage and receive the Frightened condition for 1 minute. For each creature that was damaged in this way, another Weeping Angel appears anywhere within 15 ft. of the target. The summoned Weeping Angels have their own Initiative and cannot use the Woeful Wail ability.
Lonely Assassin. The Weeping Angel has an amount of Reactions equal to the total amount of creatures within 60 ft. of it (excluding other Weeping Angels).
Don't Blink. Trigger: A creature within 60 ft. of the Weeping Angel blinks their eyes (every creature blinks at the start and end of their turn unless they succeed a DC 18 Constitution Saving Throw). Response: The Weeping Angel teleports to any unoccupied space within 5 ft. of that creature and makes a Time-Distorting Touch attack.
