Martial Advantage. Once per turn, the Blind Warlord can deal an extra 11 (3d6) damage to a creature it hits with a weapon attack if that creature is within 5 feet of an ally of the Blind Warlord that isn’t incapacitated.
Blindsight. The Blind Warlord is completely blind, automatically failing all perception checks that require sight. It can detect creatures and it's environment flawlessly, up to a range of 120 ft away. It is unnaffected by blindness, darkness, magical darkness, and any cover less than full cover.
Multiattack. The Blind Warlord makes three melee attacks.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage, or 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage if used with two hands.
Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the Blind Warlord can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the Blind Warlord. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the Blind Warlord is incapacitated.
Parry. The Blind Warlord adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. As it has Blindsight, it does not need to see the attack coming.
Riposte. If a creature in melee range would miss a weapon attack against the Blind Warlord, it can use it's reaction to make a single Longsword attack
