Draconic Sorcery (Ignition): Abraxas does not provoke opportunity attacks when flying or moving out of an enemy's reach.
Cursed Font of Magic (20 Points/Day): Abraxas has 7 Sorcery Points. He can spend them on the following Metamagic options:
Heightened Spell (Costs 2 SP): One target has disadvantage on their saving throw against his spell.
Seeking Spell (Costs 1 SP): If a spell attack misses, he can reroll the d20.
Empowered spell (Costs 2 SP): When you roll damage for a spell, you can spend 1 Sorcery Point to reroll a number of the damage dice up to your Charisma modifier
Quickened Spell (Cost 2SP): When you cast a spell that has a casting time of an action, you can spend 2 Sorcery Points to change the casting time to a Bonus Action for this casting.
Elemental Affinity (Poison): When Abraxas casts a spell or uses a phase trait that deals Poison damage, he adds +5 to one damage roll.
Mythic Riser (The Seraphic Hatching): When reduced to 0 HP in Phase 1, he doesn't die. His armored worm shell splits down the middle, erupting into a horrific, multi eyed, golden winged, biblically accurate angel. He clears all conditions, gains 350 HP, unlocks Phase 2 Actions, and gains access to Mythic Actions.
Phase 1: The Vampiric Dragon Womb Actions
Multiattack
Abraxas makes Five attacks: Two Ramming Maw, one Tail Constrict, and casts two spells or uses a single Vampiric Drain.
Ramming Maw. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 10 ft. Hit: 13 (3d8 + 2) Slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) Poison damage. If Abraxas flies at least 20 feet straight toward the target before hitting, they must pass a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Tail Constrict. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Bludgeoning damage. The target is grappled (escape DC 18 dex). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and Abraxas can't constrict another target.
Vampiric Drain. Melee Spell Attack Roll: +9, reach 10 ft., one target that is grappled, incapacitated, or restrained. Hit: 14 (4d6) Necrotic damage. Abraxas regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt.
Poison Breath (Recharge 5–6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 60-foot-long, 15-foot-wide Line. Failure: 54 (7d8) Poison damage. Success: Half damage.
Fire Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack Roll: +9, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d10) Fire damage.
Lightning Bolt. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 17, each creature in a 100-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line. Failure: 28 (8d6) Lightning damage. Success: Half damage.
Blight. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 17, one creature within 30 ft. Failure: 36 (8d8) Necrotic damage. Success: Half damage.
Phase 2: The Corrupted Seraph Actions
Multiattack
Abraxas makes four attacks: two Gilded Pinion strikes, one Seraphic Gaze, and uses either Commanding Presence or Projection Frame.
Gilded Pinion. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) Slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) Necrotic damage.
Seraphic Gaze. Ranged Spell Attack Roll: +9, range 90 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) Radiant or Poison damage (Abraxas's choice).
Commanding Presence.: Abraxas targets up to three creatures within 60 feet. Each target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be forced to immediately drop prone and end their movement on their next turn. (Sub feature) Draconic Hatred if a Dragon or Dragon adjacent species fails the saving throw they are command to attack a party member or "kill themselves" dealing 15 damage.
Projection Frame (Corrupted Phantasmal Force): Abraxas targets a creature within 60 feet and flashes a sequence of 24 optical frames into their mind. The target must make a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure the target body is launched at rapid speed towards the projected illusions ripping flesh and applyign G-forces onto them. The target takes 6d8 Force Damage.

Bonus Actions
Cursed Innate Sorcery (Recharge 2–3). Abraxas channels the wellspring of magic within himself for 1 round. Until the start of his next turn, he has advantage on all spell attack rolls, and creatures have disadvantage on saving throws against his sorcerer spells.
Shedding Acceleration. Abraxas spends 2 Sorcery Points to take the Dash or Disengage action as a bonus action. If he moves at least 20 feet using this movement, he can immediately choose one creature within 5 feet of his path to make a Strength saving throw: DC 18. Failure: The creature is knocked prone under the sudden wind displacement.
Phase 2: The Corrupted Seraph
Bonus Actions
Frame Rate Flash. Abraxas warps reality to move instantly. He targets one creature within 30 feet that is currently affected by his Projection Frame or Commanding Presence. Abraxas teleports to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of that creature and can immediately make one Gilded Pinion attack against them with advantage.
Vampiric Hex. Abraxas targets a creature he can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw: DC 19. Failure: The target's blood begins to boil in their veins. Until the end of their next turn, whenever they take damage from Abraxas's attacks or features, they take an additional 4 (2d8) Necrotic damage, and Abraxas gains temporary hit points equal to that necrotic damage.

Reactions
Cursed Shield. When Abraxas is hit by an attack, he can (2 turn recharge) raise an invisible barrier of Sorcerer Energy. Until the start of his next turn, he gains a +5 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack.
Acidic Spray (Recharge 2–3). When Abraxas takes bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage from a creature within 10 feet of him, he violently expels a burst of his draconic, acidic blood. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 17, the triggering creature. Failure: 14 (4d6) Acid damage. Success: Half damage.
Phase 2: The Corrupted Seraph
Reactions
Temporal Frame Skip. When a creature Abraxas can see targets him with an attack roll, he can forcefully skip his own personal timeline forward by a fraction of a second. The triggering attack roll is made with disadvantage. If the attack misses, Abraxas can immediately teleport up to 15 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.
Vengeful Rebuke. When Abraxas takes damage from a creature within 60 feet of him, he forces his thousands of unblinking angelic eyes to glare at the attacker, channeling his mortal hellish rebuke. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 19, the triggering creature. Failure: 22 (4d10) Fire damage. Success: Half damage.
Phase 1 Options
Subsonic Jetstream (Costs 2 Actions). Abraxas flies up to his speed in a straight line, passing directly through creatures' spaces. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 19, each creature he passes through. Failure: 22 (6d12) Thunder damage and are Stunned until the end of their next turn. Success: Half damage and aren't stunned.
Sixth holy Sacrament: Gilded Frame of the Flawless Sovereign (Costs 3 Actions, 1/Day). Abraxas unfolds thousands of shimmering, eye covered wings in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on himself for 3 round. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 19, all enemies inside every round. Failure: Targets takes 3d8 radiant damage, their movement is halved, and they have disadvantage on all attack rolls as their crushing sins rip their souls to shreds.
