Charge. If the boar child moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a tusk attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is knocked prone, the boar can make one hoof attack against it as a bonus action.
Death Throes. When the boar child dies, it explodes, and each creature with in 30 feet of it must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 26 (6d8) lightning and 26 (6d8) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Relentless. If the boar child takes 17 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.
Multiattack. The boar child makes two attacks.
Tusk. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage plus 13 (2d10 + 3) lightning damage.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 11 (2d8 + 3) thunder damage.
