Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Natural Camouflage. While in natural terrain, the dragon can attempt to hide even when only lightly obscured by natural foliage, trees, or other vegetation.
Innate Spellcasting. The dragon's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 24). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: druidcraft, speak with animals
3/day each: freedom of movement, pass without trace, plant growth, tree stride
1/day each: commune with nature, greater restoration, transport via plants, wrath of nature
Draconic Polymorph. The dragon can use a bonus action or a reaction to magically polymorph into any Beast or Humanoid, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or worn by the new form (the dragon's choice). While polymorphed, the dragon retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, personality, languages, proficiency bonus, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this trait. It otherwise adopts the statistics, features, and capabilities of its new form, except it cannot use that form's Legendary Actions or Spellcasting trait.
Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The dragon uses its frightful presence. It then makes three attacks: any combination of its Bite, Claw, Tail, or Swallow attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 24). Until this grapple ends, the dragon can't grapple another creature with its Bite.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d6 + 8) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
Swallow. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Medium or smaller creature grappled by the dragon. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage. The target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the dragon, and takes 21 (6d6) poison damage at the start of each of the dragon's turns. The dragon can have only one creature swallowed at a time. If the dragon takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the dragon must succeed on a DC 24 Constitution saving throw or regurgitate the swallowed creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the dragon.
Spore Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales toxic spores in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 77 (22d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails the saving throw is also poisoned until the end of its next turn.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Legendary Actions. The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes one Tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
