Traits

Varied Size. Tiamat can freely change between medium, Large and Gargantuan depending on where she is. When out of combat she is a medium creature. When in combat she may choose at anytime to become Large as a Free Action. When in her Territory she instead is a Gargantuan Creature.

Authority of The Beast A. Tiamat has advantage on attacks against all creatures except Celestials, Fiends and Aberrations.

Independent Manifestation B. Once creating a territory and  occupying it for seven days without leaving it Tiamat is able to Manifest without a master indefinitely. This effect remains as long as she remains within her territory. Once this occurs her existence becomes ingrained in reality. Her territory will continue to expand and Tiamat becomes able to create Demonic Beasts. The indefinite expansion of her territory and her ability to create Demonic Beasts do not happen unless Tiamat has no Master.

Self Modification EX. Tiamat can shift into a draconic form once per long rest so long as she has established a territory. She gains a breath weapon that deals 40d20 force damage in a 1000 foot line. Enemies killed by this breath are turned to ash as if killed by the disintegrate spell.

Primordial Sea EX. Once Tiamat establishes her Territory, the terrain within it becomes corrupted. Any creature that dies in this area is turned into a Demonic Beast under Tiamat’s Control. This effect only happens if Tiamat is acting independently without a Master.

Self Seal C+++. Tiamat’s conflicting views regarding feeling abandoned by humanity yet also loving them as her children cause her to never voluntarily enter her Beast Class State. She must be forced to do so of her own volition, or due to massive stress such as nearly dying or losing her master.

Nega-Genesis A. Tiamat has advantage on Saving Throws imposed by Noble Phantasms. Additionally damage from Noble Phantasms is halved. This only applies to servants from “Proper Human History.”

Monstrous Strength EX. When in her Gargantuan or Draconic states Tiamat automatically succeeds Strength based Ability Checks and Saving Throws.

Divine Core of The Goddess EX. Tiamat Is immune to shape changing and mind altering effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Tiamat makes two of the following attacks

Ram (Medium & Large Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +35 to hit, reach 1 target she can see., 1 target. Hit:  25d25 magical bludgeoning damage. (Tiamat is moved to her target.

Primordial Beam. Ranged Weapon Attack: +40 to hit, range 1000 ft., 1 target. Hit:  30d25 Force damage. This attack bypasses resistances and immunities.

Bonus Actions

Sonic Scream. Tiamat roars with a discordant melody that causes 20d15 thunder damage to all enemy creatures within 1000 feet unless they are in an area that is magically silenced. In her Gargantuan and Draconic form this Damage increase to 20d20 and bypasses resistances and immunities.

Reactions

Mother’s Protection. When her master is targeted and she can see them, Tiamat creates an Arcane Shield around her master that adds +15 to their AC and gives them Advantage on Dexterity and Constitution saving Throws until the end of her next turn. Additionally she may teleport her Master up to 1000 feet in a direction of her choosing.

Legendary Actions

Once per long rest, Tiamat can unleash her noble phantasm. She does not have a Noble Phantasm if she is acting independently of a master.

Nanmu Duranki (Only in Large Form). Tiamat takes her Draconic Form for a brief moment and barrels forward I to the enemy. All enemies in a 500 foot line that is 50 feet wide must make a DC 30 Dexterity Saving throw. On a failed save they take 40d50 Magical Bludgeoning Damage that ignores resistances and immunities and are knocked prone. On a successful save they take half damage and are not knocked prone. Tiamat cannot use her action on her following turn.

Mythic Actions

Command Seal. The servant’s master can invoke a command seal to use the servant’s noble phantasm more than once per day or force the servant to obey an order they disagree with. Command seals do not return once used. Once all three command seals are used the servant can sever their contract with their master or renegotiate a new one, either with their original master or another master

Description

The Mother of all Life from Babylonian Myth. She harbors both immense hatred and love for her “children”, humanity.

Lair and Lair Actions

When Tiamat stays in a body of water it begins to corrupt at a rate of 50 feet per day for the first seven days. This jumps to 1000 feet if she has been within the corrupted water for seven days straight at which point she will expand her territory at rate of 500 Feet per day, provided she is acting independently. If she has a master she cannot benefit from the effects of Seven days of corruption and her territory maxes out at 1000 feet.

Lair Actions

  • Tiamat can use her Noble Phantasm more than once per day without using a command seal.
  • Tiamat can read the minds of all creatures within her Territory.

Regional Effects

The region containing a legendary Tiamat’s Territory is corrupted into the primordial sea, which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • Tiamat is resistant to all damage.
  • Tiamat’s Unique features listed above become active.
  • Tiamat may attempt to bind a creature with the mud of the primordial sea. They must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving Throw or be Ensnared. Ensnared Creatures take 4d50 damage per turn they start Ensnared. This damage cannot be negated in any way. A creature that dies this way cannot be brought back to life by any means other than as a Demonic Beast of Tiamat.

If Tiamat dies, these effects fade immediately.
