Telepath. An Uvu can instantaneously share words, images, sounds, and other sensory messages with up to 10 creatures that it can see. Any targets recognize the Uvu as the creature they are communicating with. A creature with an Intelligence score of at least 1 understands the meaning of the Uvu's words and takes in the scope of any sensory messages sent to it.
Innate Spellcasting. The Uvu’s innate Spellcasting ability is Intelligence (DC save 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks). The Uvu can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
3/day: Teleport, Sleep (9th level)
1/day: Divine Word
Spellcasting. The Uvu is a 20th level Artificer, and its Spellcasting ability is Intelligence (DC save 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks). The Uvu can cast Locate Object and Identify at will, and has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips: Mending, Mage Hand, Prestidigitation
1st Level (4 slots): Detect Magic, Tenser's Floating Disk
2nd Level (3 slots): Alter Self, Enlarge/Reduce
3rd Level (3 slots): Glyph of Warding, Tiny Servant
4th Level (3 slots): Otiluke's Resilient Sphere, Sickening Radiance
5th Level (2 slots): Animate Objects, Creation, Telekinesis
Magic Resistance. The Uvu has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Heightened Mind. The Uvu can concentrate on up to two spells at once. If it were to lose concentration and is concentrating on two spells, it loses concentration on just one of those spells; which one is up to the DM.
Regeneration. The Uvu regains 10 Hit Points at the start of its turn. If the Uvu takes acid or cold damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Uvu's next turn. The Uvu dies only if it starts its turn with 0 Hit Points and doesn't Regenerate.
Multiattack. The Uvu makes two Shock Rod attacks. Then, it may use its stunning lash if able.
Shock Rod. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 17 (5d6) lightning damage.
Stunning Lash (recharge 4/6). An arc of blue lightning streaks from the tip of the Shock Rod to a creature the Uvu can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 24 (7d6) lightning damage and be stunned, taking half damage and not being stunned on a success. The target can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns. On a success, it is no longer stunned. Creatures resistant to lightning damage have advantage on this saving throw, and creatures immune to lightning damage automatically succeed.
