"Familiar"

Innate Spellcasting. The Familiar's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Cantrips (at will): Gust, Mind Sliver
1st level (4 slots): Detect Magic, Featherfall
2nd level (3 slots): Gust of Wind, Mind Spike, Misty Step
3rd Level (2 slots): Fear, Wind Wall

Keen Smell. The Familiar has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Immutable Form. The Familiar is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Arcane Conduit. The Wizards who summoned you can cast spells through you if you are within 30 ft. of them.

Spell Resistance. The Familiar has Advantage on Saving Throws against spells.

Cursed Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage. If the target is a Humanoid, it is subjected to the following effect: Constitution Saving Throw: DC 14. Failure: The target is cursed. If the cursed target drops to 0 Hit Points, it instead becomes a Wererat under the DM’s control and has 10 Hit Points. Success: The target is immune to this wererat’s curse for 24 hours.

Swiftstride. You can move up to 10 feet as a reaction when a creature ends its turn within 5 feet of you. This reactive movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
