Magic Weapons. The Blood Aspect's weapon attacks are magical.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes two slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Hemolytic Tendril. The Blood Aspect reaches out with a pulsing tendril of thick, putrid blood. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 22 (4d8 + 4) Nectrotic damage. The Blood Aspect heals for half this damage as it siphons the life force from its target. If the target is not a Creature, this action has no affect.

Reactions

Seep. Recharge 5/6. When hit with a melee, ranged, or spell attack, the Blood Aspect can use its reaction to bleed into the ground and vanish from sight. While beneath the surface in this way, the Blood Aspect cannot be targeted. The Blood Aspect reappears at the beginning of its turn in an unoccupied space up to 30 feet away. All creatures within 5 feet of the Blood Aspect when it reappears must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving throw or take 8 (2d6+1) Acid Damage.

Description

Conglomerating around an abandoned Artifact of power, the lingering life force in a pool of blood was stirred to life by an immense, malevolent evil. Slowly it built a sturdy body for itself from bits of rotting flesh, partially connected bones, and the ichor of dozens of corpses. Driven by pure hate and will to do harm, the Blood Aspect of Acererak cannot be reasoned with and will never give up the Artifect embedded in its loosely humanoid torso.
