Underwater Camouflage. The Spinosaurus has Advantage on Stealth checks when fully submerged in water.

Actions

Multiattack. The Spinosaurus makes one Bite attack, two Claw attacks, and one Tail attack.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d12+7) Piercing damage and the target is Grappled (escape DC 19). While Grappled, the target is Restrained and cannot be targeted by the Spinosaurus's tail.

Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10+7) Slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Attack Roll: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., up to three targets within 5 ft. of each other. Hit: 21 (2d12+7) Bludgeoning damage and the target(s) must succeed a DC 19 Strength Saving Throw or be knocked Prone.

Bonus Actions

Swallow. DC 19 Strength Saving Throw: One Large or smaller creature within 5 ft. that is Grappled by the Spinosaurus. Fail: That creature is swallowed, loosing the Grappled condition, receiving the Blinded and Restrained conditions, has Total Cover against attacks made outside the Spinosaurus, and takes 33 (5d10) Acid damage at the start of each of its turns. When the Spinosaurus takes over 40 damage in a single turn, it must succeed a DC 20 Constitution Saving Throw or vomit out all swallowed creatures, who start their turn within 5 ft. of the Spinosaurus without any of the aforementioned effects. The Spinosaurus can only have up to four Swallowed creatures at a time.

Reactions

Relentless Pursuit. Trigger: A Bloodied creature ends its turn within 30 ft. of the Spinosaurus. Response: The Spinosaurus moves up its speed.
