Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 Hit Points, it makes a Constitution saving throw (DC 5 plus the damage taken) unless the damage is Radiant or from a Critical Hit. On a successful save, the zombie drops to 1 Hit Point instead.

Newspaper Shield. The zombie is intensely focused reading a newspaper. Attack rolls hit its newspaper (HP: 15, AC: 14, vulnerabe to fire, resistant to bludgeoning and immune to poison and psychic) until it is destroyed.

When the newspaper is destroyed, the zombie releases a frustrated groan, and gains +20 feet of speed (increasing its speed to 40ft.) and adds an extra 1d6 to damage rolls for its melee attacks for the rest of combat.

Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 5 ft. Hit: 14 (3d8 + 1) Bludgeoning damage.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +4 to hit, reach 5ft. Hit: 11 (3d6 + 1) Poison damage and poisoned until the end of its next turn.
