Divine Heritige. Born of the goddess Marus blesses this being with immense power and vitality. Has advantage on all attacks, saves and checks unless against or from another of divine heritage. This being can also cast any spell of 9th level or lower without any components or cast times. Resistant to all damage, immune to psychic damage.
Storyteller's Sight. Aberran has a sight into the world no one else perceives he can see the past he possibilities and unchanging. once per turn as a free action Aberran can see the current possible tale that might unfold of any number of creatures within sight. This lets Aberran see their next moves and interrupt it or try to change what they do. (Can RP this in any number of ways you might try to use it)
Shapechange. Aberran can freely change his form as an action to match his tales
Divine Action. This being has 2 actions and 2 bonus actions per turn and 3 reactions.
Multiattack. can use his blade or whistle 4 times per action
Spellcasting. can cast any spell of 8th level or lower using an action or bonus action. if casting a 9th level spell it takes two of these resources.
Songweaver's Blade. Aberran flourishes and strikes with his signature blade that sounds of sweet melodies as it strikes foes down. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (5d12 + 15) Slashing damage, Ignoring resistance and immunities.
Singing Whistle. Abberan merely whistles a piercing tune at a target and sends forth a powerful mind ringing tone that rips foes minds apart. Ranged Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, range 150/600 ft., 1 target. Hit: (6d12 + 18) psychic damage. Ignoring immunities and resistance.
Tale's of Valiance and Strife. As an action Abberan can sing a tale to affect his opponents or allies alike within distance of his tunes. Enemies affected by the tune are subjected to any illusion of pain, misery destruction or mindshattering upheaval. allies can be healed or buffed or transported away or brought free from terrible condition. (RP this too, since it acts as the ultimate illusions and support has too many applications)
The Tenth level (recharge 16-20). Abberan is one of the few minor gods that can call upon spells of the truly divine level. taking a full turn of actions and bonus actions Abberan can upcast any spell to this level for a massive boost or use one of the spells Marus taught him. (gonna RP this in the moment use it at your leisure.)
Songbird's Snap. Abberan can snap his fingers and travel with sound anywhere it reaches.
The First silver tongue. Abberan can make any creature within 300 feet that is rolling a save, attack or ability check re-roll at disadvantage twice taking the lowest roll.
Progenitor of the counterspell. Abberan along with marus designed the first counterspells. abberan can counterspell as a free reaction.
Aberran has 5 legendary actions, she restores them at the start of her turn each round. he can take these actions after any creatures turn.

Echo of transport (costs 2 actions) Aberran can teleport freely within sight
Nightmare's tale (costs 3 action) Aberran subjects a target to their worst nightmare. Target creature within sight makes a DC30 wisdom save, On failure the creature sees the most painful nightmare they imagine striking at them dealing 20d12 Psychic damage and become frightened for 10 minutes (can save against this every turn). no effect on a successful save
The Last Tale (Costs 5 actions) (recharge 100) Aberran brings forth the harp of fates, which strings hold the future and past in their weave. he targets one creature and plucks away the string of their life and as the fate's of their past an future collide the target takes (100d12 + 500) Psychic damage, once a creatures tale has been told the harp can never be used on them again.
