World Dragon Council. Being a member of an all-powerful council of dragons has its perks. Zenthus has an advantage on any saving throws regarding spells after being under constant assault from them during council meetings.
Herald of the Destruction Engine. Being the wielder of the Destruction Engine grants Vali abilities that can be seen as god-like. When Vali dies, the Destruction Engine merges with the next most powerful being in the room.
Multiattack. Zenthus uses his Eternity Gaze. He then makes one breath attack, two claw attacks, and one tail attack
Eternity's Gaze. By utilizing his birthright as a prince of the Dragon Regalia, Vali, along with the rest of his family, has the ability to manipulate the mind using their Mystic Eyes. Any creature within 100 ft of Zenthus must make a DC 17 Con saving throw. If they pass, they take 2d12 psychic damage. If they fail, they are paralyzed until the end of Zenthus's next turn. Those who failed may choose to reroll the saving throw on their turn with a DC of 18. If they pass, the effects wear off. If they fail, they take 3d12 psychic damage.
Tail Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 25 ft., five targets. Hit: 45 (5d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Claw Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 40 (4d10 + 5) slashing damage.
Bite Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 60 (5d12 + 10) piercing damage.
Breath Attack. Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, range 125 ft., ten targets. Hit: 40 (4d10 + 5) necrotic damage.
Division. When a critical hit is dealt towards Vali, he can choose to halve the damage and store it. On his next attack, Vali unleashes the stored power, adding the stored damage to the damage dealt by his attack.
Vali can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Vali regains spent legendary actions at the beginning of his next turn.
All of Vali's legendary actions involve the use of the Destruction Engine. They cannot be blocked by magical means. These legendary actions must be done in order as it is shown below. The next legendary action cannot be used until the previous one is activated.
Engine Ignition (Costs 1 Action). Vali activates the Destruction Engine. All further attacks now deal 2 more damage dice for 2 attack rounds. Recharge 2-4.
Overdrive Level One (Costs 3 Actions). By overclocking the Destruction Engine, Vali begins converting the magical power in the area around him into stored power. On his next attack, Vali deals 3 more damage dice. Recharge 2-4.
Overdrive Level Two (Costs 4 Actions). By overclocking the Destruction Engine, Vali begins converting the magical power in the area around him into stored power. On his next attack, Vali deals 4 more damage dice. Recharge 4-6.
Overdrive Level Three (Costs 5 Actions). By overclocking the Destruction Engine, Vali begins converting the magical power in the area around him into stored power. On his next attack, Vali deals 5 more damage dice. Recharge 6-8.
Hyperdrive (Costs 5 Actions). Vali puts the Destruction Engine to full power, activating its most powerful ability. For two turns, Vali's attacks will deal maximum damage. He also doubles his movement speed. However, after these two rounds, Vali is stunned and goes prone for one turn. Recharge 8-10.
