America Wizard

Stay Strapped or Get Clapped. America wizard always, no matter what circumstances should make it impossible, starts combat with at least one gun and enough ammo to last the first 10 rounds of combat.

Budgetary Restrictions. Some of America Wizard's attacks have (Costs # Budget) after their name. Under normal circumstances, America Wizard starts combat with 2.43 Billion Budget. He regains 1.215 Billion Budget every day, with a maximum saved budget of 886 Billion Budget (again, putting aside extenuating circumstances).

Magus Dumpus. America Wizard, makes 17 Pistol attacks.

Action Melee Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +# to hit, reach # ft., # target. Hit: # (#d# + #) [damage type] damage.

Pistol. Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, range 60/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (2d4) Piercing damage.

Trench Broom. Ranged Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, range 15/20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 50 (10d4 + 25) Piercing damage.

.45 Millimeter (1/Day). Ranged Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, range 45/80 ft., 1 target. Hit: 120 (12d10 +54) Piercing damage. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this attack (and does not have a mythic phase), its soul is destroyed because ".45 kills the soul".

Warthurius Go Brrtius (Costs 500 Million Budget). America Wizard summons 1 Fighter Jet, which acts on initiative count 1. (I will make that stat block too). It vanishes after 2 rounds or it dies.

MANAGED DEMOCRACY (Costs 25 Billion Budget, 1/Month). America Wizard calls in an orbital laser. All creatures within 200 yards (120 5-foot grids) must make a DC 29 Dexteriy saving throw or take 1000 (80d12 + 480) Radiant damage, or take half upon a success.

Temperius Temper (Costs 442 Million Budget.) While America Wizard can see a body of water that classifies as a sea or ocean, he may summon an Independance-Class Littoral Combat Ship, which vanishes after two rounds or it is killed.

Semper Fidelis (Costs 150 Million Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard summons MARSOC, who vanishes after two turns or it is killed. He may pay 50 million more budget to make him stay beyond the two turn limit

Spikey Missile (Costs 25 Million Budget). All creatures (without an umbrella) within 50 feet of a selected point must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 90 (10d8 + 45) Piercing damage.

Drillus Seargeus (Costs 500 Million Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard summons a Drill Seargeant. The Drill Seargeant vanishes after two turns or it is killed.

PJius DOCius (Costs 375 Million Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard summons PJ DOC. PJ DOC vanishes after two turns or it is killed. America Wizard may pay an extra 200 Million Budget to make DOC stay until killed.

Publicus Healthcaricus (Costs 50 Million+ Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard may pay 50 Million Budget to heal 50 Hit points of any creature within sight. He may increase the amount paid, the healing increasing proportionally.

E4ius Mafius (Costs 1 Billion Budget, 1/Month). America Wizard summons the E4 Mafia, targeting any number of creatures that are in a group. The E4 Mafia only vanishes after the target(s) are killed or driven mad. Only 1 E4 Mafia may be active at once.

Steel Rain (Costs 850 Million Budget). America Wizard selects a point he can see. Every creature of his choice within 500 yards of the selected point must make a DC 29 Dexterity saving throw or take 250 Piercing damage + 100 Fire damage + 250 Force damage. A successful saving throw yeilds half damage.

Angelus of Deathius (Costs 950 Million Budget). America calls upon a fleet of 5 Angel of Death planes. They may all make one Carpet Bomb attack, then vanish. America is immune to the damage from this attack.

11 Bravo (Costs 93 Million Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard summons 11 Agents of 11 Bravo. They vanish after two turns or they are killed.

Rods From God (Costs 930 Million Budget, 1/Day). America Wizard selects a point he can see. Every creature of his choice within 500 yards of the selected point must make a DC 30 Dexterity saving throw or take 250 Piercing damage + 200 Fire damage + 250 Force damage. A successful saving throw yeilds one third damage (though, a creature's "evasion" trait still applies.)

Georgia State Trooper (Costs 3 Billion Budget, 1/Month, Requires Material Components). The required components (which America does not have on hand unless in his home/lair) are consumed, and America summons Georgia State Trooper. He is dismissed after a day or he is killed.

Texas Ranger (Costs 2.5 Billion Budget, 1/Month). America summons a Texas Ranger. It vanishes two rounds after being summoned or when it is killed.

120ius Willius Petus (Costs 260 Million Budget). America calls down a bomb from above on a point he can see. All creatures within 450 feet of the point the bomb falls on must make a DC 26 Constitution saving throw or take 150 (20d12 + 20) Fire damage and become unable to breathe until they fall prone to avoid the smoke, fan it away (Strength check, DC 23), leave the area in which it is, or succeed the constitution saving throw again.

Broken @rrow (Costs 2.43 Billion Budget, 1/Day, Requires Verbal Components). America Wizard recites a chant: "Little Bird, why do you fly? Don't you know, I OWN THE SKY!" All creatures within 1776 feet of America Wizard must make a DC 31 Dexterity saving throw. If the creature fails, it takes 500 Fire damage + 1500 Force damage. If a creature is immune to this damage, it is resistant instead.
