Fey Guardian. Aelith has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Moonbloom Guardian. Aelith can sense when a creature attempts to damage, harvest, uproot, or otherwise interfere with a Moonbloom within 120 feet of her.
Winged Guardian. Aelith can hover while flying and doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when she flies out of an enemy's reach.
Spellcasting. The [Aelith] is a 7-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [Charisma] (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The [Aelith] has following [druid] spells prepared:

Moonbloom Pollen. When a creature attempts to harvest a Moonbloom without knowing the proper method, the flower releases a cloud of magical pollen. Each creature within 15 feet of the flower must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature falls into a magical sleep for 1d4 hours and cannot be awakened by normal means. On a successful save, the creature is immune to the pollen's effect for 24 hours. A creature affected by Moonbloom Pollen can only be awakened by greater restoration, remove curse, or similar magic at the DM's discretion.
Multiattack. Aelith makes two Moonlight Touch attacks.
Moonlight Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn.
Moonlight Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) radiant damage.
Fey Command. Aelith chooses one creature she can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be magically compelled to stop moving toward or interacting with a Moonbloom until the end of Aelith's next turn.
Summon Fey Guardians. Aelith summons 2d4 fairies from the Feywild. The fairies appear in unoccupied spaces within 30 feet of her and act immediately after her in the initiative order. The fairies remain for 1 hour, until Aelith dies, or until she dismisses them as a bonus action.
Moonbloom's Protection. When a creature Aelith can see within 60 feet takes damage, Aelith can cause a burst of moonlit energy to surround that creature. The creature gains resistance to the triggering damage, potentially reducing the damage to 0. If the creature is attempting to harvest or destroy a Moonbloom, Aelith cannot use this reaction to protect it.
Aelith can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Aelith regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Flutter (Costs 1 Actions). Aelith flies up to half her flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Moonlight Touch (Costs 1 Actions). Aelith makes one Moonlight Touch attack.
Fey Command (Costs 2 Actions). Aelith uses Fey Command.
Description
Aelith does not normally attack travelers who enter the Moonbloom's territory. She watches them from a distance and only intervenes when they attempt to harvest or damage the flowers.
She initially attempts to communicate and warn them.
If they refuse, she summons her fey guardians and attempts to drive them away rather than kill them.
If a creature continues attempting to harvest the Moonbloom after being warned, Aelith becomes hostile and fights to incapacitate the intruders.
She considers anyone who knowingly attempts to harvest the flower after she warns a threat to the Moonbloom and the creatures that depend upon it.
