Color-Changing Camouflage. The Caterpillar has advantage on Stealth checks when trying to hide and it is not moving. When it is at least partially obscured by foliage or some other covering, and its stealth roll is a 9 or lower, it instead uses a 10 as its roll and adds its modifiers afterward.

Description
The Akijani Silking Caterpillar, called a Sileupira in Akijan, is a large Caterpillar about 8 inches long and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. It is naturally a pure white color, like snow, but can change its color at will to camouflage itself. They are docile unless threatened, and their gentle nature and herbivore diet makes them wonderful creatures to keep for amusement.
They have been selectively bred in Akijan for the production of their silk, which the Caterpillar spins into a home that they sleep in during the night. This fiber is tough, soft, and easily dyed, making it a prized material for merchants and nobility.
They often nest in trees in a group known as a "pod". These pods typically contain around 8 or so specimens. They are hermaphroditic insects and lay eggs, with new layings happening in mid spring. Larvae hatch about 3 weeks later. The caterpillars do not undergo metamorphosis under normal circumstances, but there are occasions where a chrysalis is formed and a Akijani Silking Moth emerges. This is considered a great honor, and the Akijani people tend to see the presence of a Silking Moth as a sign that a caretaker is blessed and pure-hearted.
