Commanding Presence: When an allied creature can see the commander, it has advantage on saving throws against the frightened and charmed conditions
Loyal Pack: If the pack Master is killed in front of any of its beasts, the beasts will then go into a frenzy and use its reaction to immediately move their full speed to the nearest enemy and make a melee attack.
Multiattack. The Commander makes two attacks using either it's shortswords or it's bow
Shortsword: 5ft reach, +7 to hit, 7(1d6+4) slashing damage
Longbow: 150/600, +7 to hit, 8(1d8+4) piercing damage and 2(1d4) poison damage
Breath Weapon. 30 foot cone, DC 12 dexterity saving throw, 2d6 fire damage, or half as much on a successful save
Master Order: As a bonus action, the Pack Master can issue an attack command to one beast that can hear the Pack Master. The beast is then allowed to use its reaction to move up to half its speed and make a melee attack
Loyal Guardian: When the Pack Master is hit with a melee attack, it can burn its reaction to call one of its beasts. The beast it calls then uses its reaction to move it's full speed toward the Pack Master in the fastest route possible.
Description
Ashscale Dominon
After the death of Grolk'Vyldrok, the Ancient Green Dragon that lead the city of Drak Thaylar, leadership was assumed by a faction know as the Ashscale dominion. Rumored to have ties with both the goblins of Gyul'Bahdur and even fiendish beings from other planes, many dark magics have been said to have been arising from that part of Dassomere. Tales of black magic rituals, worship of evil deities, and executions of any who speak against the shadowy figureheads of the Dominion swirl. Many believe that new age monstrosities have been coming from this once great Draconic city.
Tamers of Beasts
Ashscale Pack Masters are social outcasts even in their own warmongering society. Often times, these individuals find more camaraderie in the dangerous wildlife around them than they do their own kind. As such, they often form strong bonds with beasts of the land. Most times, a Pack Master will have anywhere between 3-5 average beasts under their command, however the most powerful, or the most insane of Pack Masters have been capable of taking 2-3 much more powerful creatures, such as Wyverns and Basilisks.
Loyal Until Death
Those that are subjected to the dark magic rituals of the Ashscale Dominion are known to exhibit an unnatural loyalty. Whether they be pure dragonborns, or mutated draconians, most of their minds have been warped passed any resemblance of an autonomous individual. They are known to fight to the death regardless of how dire the situation is. Some even say that Ashscale soldiers are incapable of refusing a command from those above their rank. This often leads to any conflict involving the dominion to be excessively bloody.
