Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Voidspawn. Voidspawn creatures have unique abilities that permanently reduce stats on creatures they damage. Whenever a creature permanently loses stats because of a Voidspawn creature, that creature regains those stats when the Voidspawn creature is destroyed. Max HP lost because of a Voidspawn creature returns, but damage is not healed. If a creature has their Max HP reduced by a Voidspawn creature, or is Killed by a Voidspawn creature, their body and soul is permanently destroyed until the creature that killed them is also killed.
Multiattack. The dragon can use its Enigmatic Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) piercing damage, and permanently loses an additional 2d6 hitpoints.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 7) slashing damage and permanently loses an additional 1d6 hitpoints.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Enigmatic Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become affected. Affected creatures suffer disadvantage on all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws, and have their movement halved for one round. Creatures that succeed the saving throw become immune to Enigmatic Presence for 24 hours.
Void Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon inhales powerfully, and existence itself is pulled into its form in a 60 foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or permanently lose 39 (11d6) hitpoints, or half as much on a success. Additionally, each creature damaged by the Void Breath must roll 1d8. 1=STR. 2=DEX. 3=CON. 4=WIS. 5=INT. 6=CHA. 7=AC. 8=LVL. Then roll a d6. The creature permanently reduces the chosen stat by the amount rolled.
Devour Magic. When a spell is cast within 60 feet of the dragon, it may use its reaction to counter the spell. The DC is equal to 10 + the spell's level, and the dragon has a bonus of +6. If the dragon succeeds, it regains hitpoints equal to 1d10 per level of the spell cast.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon teleports up to 40 ft. away in any direction. Additionally, creatures within 10 feet of the dragon when it teleports must make a DC 16 STR saving throw or take 2d6+5 bludgeoning damage and become prone.
