(3/Day). If the dracolich fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack.
The Dracolich makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite.
Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) acid damage.
Claw.
Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Undead Breath.
(Recharge 5–6). The Dracolich exhales arcane black fire in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 11 (2d8+2) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Bite Attack.
The dracolich makes a bite attack.
Wing Attack.
(Costs 2 Actions). The dracolich beats its tattered wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dracolich must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 9 (2d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. After beating its wings this way, the dracolich can fly up to half its flying speed.
Description
This monsters awakening has been interrupted by adventurers and the cult that follows it have rushed the ritual in an attempt to destroy them. Because of this the dracolich has only a fraction of its power, and is more akin to a husk body incapable of performing intelligent thought.
