Acid Burns. Any creature that takes acid damage from the dragon gains the Burning condition (dealing 1 acid damage) until the end of their next turn (or until removed with an action, range self or touch), while suffering from this Burning condition any creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 11) or be unable to take the Magic action.
Multiattack. The dragon makes two Rend attacks.
