Nimble Escape. Gobboss can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of his turns.
Goblin Charmer. Gobboss possesses an inexplicable charm that appeals to goblins and certain other monstrous humanoids. He has advantage on Charisma checks made to influence goblins and similar humanoid monsters, at the DM's discretion. This trait has no effect on humans, elves, dwarves, or other ordinary humanoids.
Multiattack. Gobboss makes two scimitar attacks. The second attack has disadvantage.
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.
Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Burger the Dead. Gobboss points his blackened fingers at one creature he can see within 60 feet. The target hears a loud, unmistakable munching sound directly in its ear. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage. If the target is missing any hit points, it takes 1d8 necrotic damage instead.
Gobboss the Magic Man! Immediately after reducing a creature to 0 hit points, Gobboss can use a bonus action to intimidate another creature within 5 feet of him. He thrusts his blackened fingers toward the creature's face and proudly screams, "I'M GOBBOSS THE MAGIC MAN!"
The target must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or become Wet, having wet themselves in terror.
Gobboss Unimpressed. When a creature Gobboss can see within 30 feet misses him with an attack roll that is at least 5 below his AC, Gobboss can use his reaction to stroke his imaginary beard, point his blackened fingers at the attacker, and mutter, "Weak."
The attacker must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll against Gobboss before the end of its next turn.
Description
Gobboss The Magic Man is a hideously ugly, unusually muscular undead Goblin Boss with an enormous ego and very little common sense. He speaks in short, simple sentences, often referring to himself in the third person.
Despite possessing almost no magical talent, Gobboss firmly believes himself to be an exceptionally powerful wizard. His fingers are permanently blackened following a disastrous attempt to cast Toll the Dead, though he considers them proof of his magical prowess rather than evidence of failure.
Gobboss is fiercely loyal to Sartar, the necromancer who resurrected him and now teaches him magic. His signature spell, "Burger the Dead," is a source of immense pride.
He frequently flexes his muscles, strokes an imaginary beard when thinking, and looks down on those he considers less intelligent than himself. He rarely acknowledges his mistakes and possesses almost no self-awareness.
